We don’t believe in complicating things and will always go the extra mile to keep you, your landlords and your tenants up to date on progress and appointment times.
Call out charge?
Mr Jobby is an Anti-Call Out Charge business so you will only be charged for the work we have completed and not about to complete.
So, how do we work?
First and foremost when we talk to any of your tenants or landlords we introduce ourselves as your company’s maintenance department.
Mr Jobby is a full handyman & maintenance company; all our engineers have great face to face customer skills.
We have offices based in Loudwater and a professional telephone answering service which always makes us contactable.
All maintenance issues are either emailed or phoned through to our office with the initial problem alone with the contact details of the tenant attached. One of our girls in the office will arrange a convenient time with the tenant or landlord to view the property. We keep you updated at all times and will only speak to you with regards to costing.
Our standard charge is £35 per hour for non-specialist works and no call out charge, and you will only be charged for the time we are there, for example if a jobs takes 1.5 hours you will only be charge £52.50.

Mr Jobby can supply all materials required to complete the works and is covered with a £5m insurance.
We cover Bucks, Berks & Oxon but will look at all areas in the south east, although this may hinder the free assessment depending on the size of the issue.
